Minimum Rental is one month
1st- 8th of the month: Full month’s rent and administration fee.
9th – 14th of the month: Pro-rate rent and administration fee.
15th – end of the month: Pro-rate rent, + Following month’s rent, and administration fee.
IDENTIIFICATION REQUIREMENT:
DRIVERS LICENSE, STATE ISSUED ID CARD, OR MILITARY ID CARD
PAYMENT ACCEPTED: CASH, MONEY ORDER, PERSONAL CHECKS, & Credit Cards
