Liberto Rental, LLC Storage- General Rules & Guidelines
- Units are to be used for storage of property, and for no other purpose.
- Rents are payable on the first of each month and will be subject to a late charge of $20.00 (twenty) if not paid by the 5th of the month. If you are subject to a late fee, your unit will be over-locked until payment is made. If payment is made by check, it will require ten (10) days for the check to clear before over-lock is removed. Cash or money order we will remove lock immediately.
- The minimum rental time is one (1) month. We do not pro rate move-outs, if you are in unit as of the first of the month; you are responsible for the whole month’s rent.
- We do not bill our customers, so please make yourself a reminder to pay your bill no later than the 5th of the month.
- As a courtesy, we would like a termination notice of at least ten (10) days.
- Storage of flammable materials, corrosives, contaminants and /or pollutants in units is strictly prohibited, except for fuels within tanks of vehicles, boats and recreational vehicles.
- No electric appliances are permitted to be connected.
- Every rented unit must be kept locked with the tenants padlock at all times. Only one lock is permitted on each unit. Please put lock on unit at time of rental.
- Please park parallel to the building containing your unit when loading or unloading to avoid blocking the aisles.
- All trash must be taken with you when vacating. The following charges will be incurred and payable by you for failure to remove all trash. $35.00 dumpster delivery charge, $3.00 per day rental of same, $115.00 per load removal, landfill charge of $60.00 per ton, and $25.00 per hour labor charges. Failure to pay charges will result in court16 lawsuit. Minimum Charge $238.00 for failure to remove all trash if taken to court.
- Heavy plastic covering must be used to protect floors and walls from grease when storing or working on vehicles or equipment.
- Notify the manager in writing of change of address and telephone number.
- Insect and mice controls are responsibility of tenant. Advisable to use Decon (or similar) products in units.
